5 Weeks to go until we hit up the Grampians again. I have 1 goal in mind and that is to have a good crack at Sleepy Hollow. Last year I managed to do all the moves except 1 pretty quickly. I know I definitely have the power to do it but its the pump factor thats going to get me. Its 25 moves long in a cave.
A good friend and coach of mine has come up with a training plan for me. Its very detailed but in summary:
Mondays:
Tuesdays:
Wednesday:
Thursday:
Friday:
Sat/Sun:
Im 3 weeks into this plan and my body is just tired all the time. Im slowly adjusting though. Its hard to follow this plan 100% because of time, friends, relationships but Im trying my best to stay disciplined. My diet is also the best its been.
I’m feeling the lightest and fittest Ive ever felt and its a great feeling. My confidence in my ability is great at the moment and I feel like my psych is going to peak at the right time just before the trip.
This will be the year of V12 and 8a route for me.
Also I need to keep this blog more active!
